Description

The Porcine C-peptide ELISA is an assay for the quantitative determination of porcine C-peptide in serum, plasma and cell culture medium.

The Porcine C-peptide ELISA may be used for post-transplant assessment of porcine islet xenograft function in human, macaque, rat or mouse. Enables distinguishing endogenously produced C-peptide for pharmacodynamic and/or pharmacokinetic studies during exogenous insulin administration
