Magnetic Beads Assay (MBeads)
Magnetic separation based on coated magnetic beads is a technology that has been used for the analysis of samples with limited volumes. This technology allows for an effective recovery of the defined biomarker or molecule combining clarification and capture into one single operational unit.
Our magnetic beads assays offer researchers a high-throughput tool based on surface-activated magnetic agarose beads, which increase the detection surface of the assay. In this platform, the magnetic beads are coupled to our high-quality, specific, and broadly validated antibodies.
The magnetic beads assays are developed aiming for a greater detection range (supported by chemiluminescent detection), allowing the measurement of higher concentrations within low sample volumes, and helping researchers to avoid excruciating sample dilutions. Moreover, this platform is flexible for semi-automatic procedures.
